What happened and how did it feel? Visualise this and treat others the same way.

Caring about the client means you really want to help them. Ask high quality open and leading questions to find out about them and what the most important thing tothem is.
7. Remind the client of the work you have already completed for them
Past performance helps remind the client that your relationship has already been established and that you have proven your value in the past, thus creating trust in the relationship.
8. During conversation, look at the common areas of interest that you and the client share
People love to do business with people similar to themselves who they can identify with.
9. Ask for feedback from clients
Embrace any potential problems and look into them immediately. Do not avoid dealing with them. Likewise, positive feedback should immediately put up a green flag for you to ask for quality referrals.
10. Go that extra mile!
Once any potential service issue has been resolved, a good follow-up call 2-4 weeks later creates good will and will initiate contact for repeat business.
